Purchase CDS T-Shirts:

T-Shirts are provided for Volunteers. If you would like to purchase a T-shirt, please make selection and submit payment.
T-Shirts will be distributed at Exhibitor registration booth. We ask that Exhibitors NOT wear their T-Shirt during the event to avoid any confusion when identifying CDS Volunteers.

Door Prizes:

If you would like to donate any items to be used as a raffle prize, please describe the items and quantity donating. Door prizes are used for those attendees who submit a survey. All donors will be listed on signage; raffle takes place throughout the day.
