We apologize for any inconvenience the following information may cause. Bilingual interpreters and volunteers will be placed first with health screen providers, Sponsors, NPO and Exhibitors (in that order). HWC will do its best to recruit enough volunteers to fill each organization’s request.

Exhibitor Information and Costs

All HWC fairs are held indoors. The basic exhibitor package includes on table, two chairs and two meal tickets per fair. Extra Meals: $10/meal/event. *If your organization holds a 501c3, please forward a copy of your certification with payment.
